Cost:

To provide the customer with best airfares, additional cost, which includes Government imposed taxes or miscellaneous cost, is either added to your fare or is mentioned on the checkout page. In case of any fluctuation in the income tax speed during the booking confirmation which has not been mentioned at the time of scheduling will be taken care of by the customer.

Mentioned below are other associated charges that have been levied.

Paper Ticket Charges:

When called for the issuance of paper seats, a shipping fee will be charged. A re-handling fee will be charged, if the tickets are rerouted or are undeliverable. However, note that if this cost will be applicable then it will be presented in the agreement before purchase.

Cancellations/Refunds:

Changes in the itinerary will only be made possible if permitted by the flight fare rules. Moreover, even in that case, a charge somewhere between $200 and $300 USD pp will be levied (which differ from market to particular fare rule). A processing fee per solution will be charged if changes are made in the itinerary.

Baggage & Ancillary Airline Costs:

Ancillary costs are usually charged by many airlines in order to provide certain solutions when you meet/exceed specific terms adhered by the airline. These terms include but are not limited to the number of bags or the baggage weight limit, baggage allowance, etc. On booking flight tickets with Fourway Travels, it is recommended that the customer goes through the terms of the airline for better understanding.

Entry/Exit Costs:

In case of international travel, a certain fee is charged by airports of some nations on entering and exiting the country. Note that published ticket fees are exclusive of these charges. It is recommended to search and learn about these specific countries that charge entering/exiting fee.

Free Cancellation & Refund Policy

Things don�t always happen in a certain way when it comes to travel. Therefore, Fourway Travels make sure to provide a clearly stated cancellation and refund policy so that when things go haywire, you know what to do. When cancelation is initiated within 24 hours of booking, no termination fee is charged. However, if the cancelation occurs after 24 hours of booking, a termination fee will be charged. Also note that only after client�s verification any refund request or cancellation will be executed.
