In-flight Dining
United Airlines collaborates with The Trotter Project, a non-profit organization inspired by the late Chef Charlie Trotter, to mentor and inspire a new generation of culinary talent. United’s in-flight dining options vary by class and route:
- United Economy Dining: Options range from complimentary snack and beverage service to a complimentary three-course meal service, depending on the flight’s location and length.
- Premium Economy Dining – International: Passengers in United Polaris first class and United Polaris business class on long-haul international flights enjoy fine dining with five or six-course meals, including welcome dining service, arrival dining service, and mid-flight snacks.
- Premium Economy Dining – North America: Premium economy customers on United Express and mainline United flights can choose from various dining options based on the flight’s location and length.
